2. What are the cancellations policies?

Our Cancellation Charges are 100% if cancelled one day prior to check in or on the same day. 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance. 25% if cancelled four days in advance. On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the charges are calculated on total price..

3.What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in time starts from 11 am and check out time until 10 am..

4. How do I reach your resort?

Our resort is located in Puttad Village in between the main towns Ambalavayal and Meppady.

From Calicut Side

Calicut- Chundel-Meppady town-Moopainadu-Nedumbala-Palli Kavala -Malayacham Kolly- Puttad.

From Mysore/Bangalore Side

Bangalore-Mysore-Gundlupet-Sulthan Bathery-Kolagappara Kavala-Ambalavayal-Manjappara-Nellarachal-Malayacham Kolly-Puttad.

5. Do your resort offers Pickup and drop facility?

On prior request we will arrange Pickup and drop facility from Nearest Airport, Railway and Bus Stations. Its charges depend upon the vehicles and locations.

6. Do your resort offers Sightseeing tours in Wayanad?

We arrange Wayanad Sight Seeing tours to our guests.

7. What are the activities in the resort?

Campfire, Fishing in Karapuzha reservoir, Take a guided tour of the 5 acre working coffee and spice plantation on foot, Birds watching tours, Indoor and outdoor games(caroms, badminton).

8. Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed in the resort. Please note that for hygienic reasons pets are usually not allowed in the restaurant and in some of the cottages.

9.Do you have any special packages for honeymoon and anniversaries?

At Karapuzha Lakeshore Resort, our perfectly crafted honeymoon and anniversary packages include everything you all need to make your special time together memorable.

10. How safe is it travelling to Wayanad?

Wayanad is an extremely safe place with no reported incidents ever. Kerala features as one of the safest states within India with local Government providing good support and safety for all the tourists.
